RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with ANY of our Home Accent products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of the item being shipped less shipping costs. Returns must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of goods. Returned merchandise must be in the original carton and packaged properly. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

Flat shipping rate of $9.99 to all destinations within the Continental United States.

Flat shipping rate of $19.99 to all destinations in Canada.

We do ship Internationally as well. For shipping rate details to International destinations please contact us by e-mail at support@imaginehomeaccents.com, before placing the order, so we may give you a more accurate calculation on shipping rates.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders are shipping via UPS and US Postal services. Delivery dates will depend upon the Ship to Address, however in most cases orders will be delivered on average in 7-10 business days.

BACKORDERS

If for any reason, an item is out of stock, we will place a backorder. An e-mail will be sent to you within 3 business days to notify you of any backorders.
